Tracking Information

Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ifa Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will work with Printful to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
