At Ifa Apparel, every item is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because our products are custom printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us before requesting a chargeback. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Custom or personalized products
